Öznur Küçüker Sirene is an independent international relations analyst, political communication specialist, author, and media commentator, building bridges between Türkiye and France.

Born in Istanbul in 1985, Öznur Küçüker Sirene graduated top of her class from the French lycée Saint-Benoît before moving to France to pursue higher education, laying the foundations for an international career.

After beginning her academic studies at Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne University, she was admitted to Sciences Po Paris, one of France’s most prestigious institutions in political science. She became the first Turkish student admitted to Sciences Po’s Dijon campus, which specializes in Central and Eastern European studies. She also completed part of her studies at Charles University in Prague, further deepening her expertise in European politics and international relations. During her master’s degree in international relations, she gained diplomatic experience while serving at the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Rabat.

Following her graduation in 2009, she worked for a period as an expert at the Commercial Counsellor’s Office of the Embassy of Türkiye in Paris before turning to media and international affairs analysis. In 2017, she founded Red’Action, an alternative media platform aimed at French-speaking audiences, thereby launching her own independent media initiative.

Drawing on both her academic background and field experience, Öznur Küçüker Sirene has become one of the independent analysts regularly consulted by international media on issues related to Türkiye, Europe, the Middle East, and global affairs. She has appeared on numerous international media outlets, including France 5, Arte, France 24, and RT France. She has also written for TRT Français and hosted the TRT Türk program Gençler Ne Diyor?, which explored how young Turks living in Europe perceive current affairs.

Today, Öznur Küçüker Sirene continues her work as an independent analyst, author, and media commentator. Through her YouTube channel, X account, and other digital platforms, she provides analysis of international affairs, explaining Türkiye’s strategic position, global power dynamics, and transformations in foreign policy through an accessible yet analytical approach. 

With her multilingual background, extensive experience at the heart of Europe, and independent perspective, Öznur Küçüker Sirene has established herself as a distinctive voice in the analysis of relations between Türkiye and the wider world.
