1 – Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the paid contributions (“sponsor badges”) offered on this website, published by Öznur Küçüker Sirene (see the Legal Notice). By completing a payment, the contributor accepts these terms in full.
2 – The sponsor offer
The site offers four sponsor tiers. The currency depends on the language in which the site is browsed: EUR (French), USD (English) or TRY (Turkish).
- Bronze — €2 / $2 / ₺50
- Silver — €3 / $3 / ₺100
- Gold — €5 / $5 / ₺200
- Diamond — free amount, minimum €10 / $10 / ₺400
Each tier is available as a one-time contribution or a monthly contribution (subscription).
3 – Benefits and duration
Every contribution gives access to the following benefits:
- Your badge next to your comments — for 30 days — 90 days for the Diamond tier — from payment (one-time) or for the whole subscription period (monthly)
- Badge display under articles: Silver under the supported article, Gold and Diamond under all articles
- Your badge on the sponsors wall — displayed for life
- Your tagline displayed with your sponsor card — from the Silver tier (not included with Bronze)
A one-time contribution is attached to the article from which it was made; a monthly contribution applies to all articles for as long as the subscription is active.
4 – Monthly contributions
The monthly contribution is a subscription renewed automatically each month at the chosen tier price. It can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period, which remains due. No partial refund is made for a period already started.
5 – Price and payment
Prices are shown in the applicable currency, all taxes included. Payment is processed by Stripe; the site never stores your card details. A confirmation email summarising the contribution (tier, amount, validity) is sent after payment, and the Stripe payment receipt is sent separately.
6 – Public display and content rules
The pseudonym, photo and tagline provided with a contribution are displayed publicly on the site (sponsors wall, comments, supported article). By providing them, the contributor consents to this publication and warrants holding the necessary rights.
Taglines and photos may not contain advertising, links, or unlawful, defamatory or offensive content. The publisher may refuse or remove any content that breaches these rules, without refund, after having notified the contributor at the email address used for payment.
Contributors may keep their contribution anonymous by leaving the pseudonym field empty or by requesting it at any time via the contact form.
7 – Right of withdrawal
The sponsor benefits are digital services performed immediately after payment (publication of the badge). In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the contributor expressly agrees to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledges waiving the 14-day right of withdrawal once the badge is published.
Monthly subscriptions remain cancellable at any time as described in section 4.
8 – Refunds
In case of a technical problem (double payment, badge not delivered, amount error), contact the publisher via the contact form; justified requests are refunded through Stripe to the original payment method.
9 – Newsletter
Subscription to the newsletter is free and does not fall under these Terms of Sale. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email.
10 – Personal data
Data collected during payment and for the display of sponsor cards is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
11 – Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first via the contact form. The contributor may also use the European online dispute resolution platform. Consumer mediator: [to be completed].
