3 – How the data is used

Data provided directly is used solely to answer your messages, deliver the newsletter you subscribed to, display and moderate comments, and process donations. It is never sold or rented to third parties.

4 – Third-party services

Donations are processed by Stripe: your payment details are entered on Stripe’s secure interface and are never stored on this site. The newsletter is sent through the site’s mailing system using only your e-mail address. Embedded third-party content (YouTube videos, social feeds) may set their own cookies, governed by the privacy policies of those services.

5 – Retention

Contact messages are kept for the time needed to handle them; newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe (a link is provided in every e-mail); donation records for the duration required by accounting and legal obligations.

6 – Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and applicable data-protection laws (including Turkish KVKK), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to object to or restrict its processing.
